Principle of a solar air heater.

A device that heats the air by means of solar radiation. It is usually a black glazed box facing south. The sun’s rays pass through the glass, hit the black surface and heat it up. However, the heat in the form of infrared radiation does not pass through the glass and so the space inside the solar hot air collector heats up. The warm air can be used to heat buildings.
